TESSUTO INDUSTRY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Who we are
Tessuto Industry is a custom apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We supply made-to-order sportswear, streetwear, workwear and other apparel to brands, clubs, distributors and businesses.
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit tessutoind.com, submit an enquiry or communicate with us about our products and services.
For privacy questions or requests, contact tessutoindustry@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, country or destination, selected product category, estimated quantity, request type and message. You can also provide your company or club name. When an enquiry relates to a product, we record that product reference.
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Alibaba, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. This may include your telephone number, business details, delivery information, designs, artwork, size requirements, specifications and correspondence. Please share personal information about other people only when you are entitled to do so.
Technical information. Our website, hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring website and access times. These details support website operation, security, spam prevention and traffic measurement.
Our website is a product catalog and enquiry service. The enquiry form does not request payment card details. Please do not include passwords, card numbers or sensitive identity documents in your message.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- Discuss fabrics, designs, customization, samples and production requirements.
- Manage customer communications and agreed orders, including delivery arrangements.
- Maintain business records and handle questions, complaints or disputes.
- Operate, secure and improve our website and understand its traffic.
- Meet applicable recordkeeping and other legal obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract or performance of a contract; legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, maintaining customer relationships and protecting our services; legal obligations; or consent where required. For company representatives, handling business correspondence generally serves our legitimate business interests.
4. Cookies, analytics and translation
Cookies and similar technologies can remember settings, support website functions and record information about visits. The cookies used depend on the features you use and the website settings in effect.
Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with Automattic/Jetpack measurement tools. These services can process technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser details, visited pages and referral sources. WooCommerce attribution features can use session cookies with names beginning with “sbjs_” to record how a visitor arrived at the site and their activity during that session.
The website also loads a GTranslate language tool. Loading that tool or requesting a translation can involve connections to GTranslate and Google services, which may receive technical information and page content needed to provide translations.
You can block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may then work differently. Information about a service in this policy does not itself constitute your consent to optional tracking.
More information is available from the Jetpack Privacy Center, WooCommerce cookie documentation and GTranslate Privacy Policy.
5. Instagram and other platforms
We display posts from our company Instagram account using the Spotlight feed plugin. Feed thumbnails may be stored on our website. Opening external posts, following our account, playing externally hosted content or contacting us through a social platform may allow that platform to collect information under its own privacy policy.
Our website also links to WhatsApp and Alibaba. These platforms operate independently and have their own privacy policies. Information you send to us through them is also used by Tessuto Industry to handle your enquiry or business relationship.
6. When information is shared
Access to enquiry records is limited to authorized people who need it for their work. Information may also be processed by service providers supporting our hosting, website maintenance, backups, security, email, translation and analytics.
For an agreed order, relevant contact and delivery information may be shared with payment providers, couriers, freight forwarders or customs-related service providers as necessary. We may disclose information when required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We do not sell or rent customer enquiry details.
7. Storage and retention
Tessuto Industry operates in Pakistan. Information may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our hosting, communication or other service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules. Contact us for information about the locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your request.
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, whether a business relationship continues, and whether records are needed for accounting, legal obligations or disputes. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Provider logs and backups have separate retention cycles and may remain after a working record is deleted.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, a portable copy, or limits on its use.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and ask us to stop direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email tessutoindustry@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal reasons. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority where applicable.
Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need the fields marked as required to respond meaningfully to your request.
9. Security and policy changes
We use access restrictions and website security measures to help protect information. No internet service or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
